Portsmouth seek talks for Valencia's Fernandes

Portsmouth are seeking a permanent deal for Valencia midfielder Manuel Fernandes.

The Sun says Pompey have offered Valencia £6m to bring former Everton midfielder Fernandes back to Britain.

Valencia are not going to take that pitiful offer. Fernandes has now established himself as one of the more improved midfielders in Europe, why on earth would he go to Portsmouth again?
