Portsmouth have been offered West Ham United pair Lucas Neill and Freddie Ljungberg.

The Daily Mail says Pompey boss Harry Redknapp has rejected the chance to sign the Hammers pair as his former club attempt to trim their huge wage bill.

Injury-prone Ljungberg is on £80,000 a week for another three years at Upton Park and Neill is not far behind after his move from Blackburn and both will be allowed to leave.
