Portsmouth boss Tony Adams hopes to hold talks with Real Madrid striker Javier Saviola this week.
The Mirror says Pompey are working on the inventive deal for Saviola, who is in the cold at Real.
Agents claim the 27-year-old could fly in this week to complete a move, although Real would prefer a sale to a loan deal.
