Portsmouth assistant boss Tony Adams has hailed the performances this season of Sol Campbell.

Adams said: "Sol has had another outstanding season for us and is a big reason behind what we've achieved so far.

"Am I surprised at how well he's done again? Yes, I probably am.

"I remember my last season, I played 13 games because you end up getting knocks and niggles, but he has performed consistently."
