Portsmouth boss Michael Appleton is set to boost his squad with two players from former club West Bromwich Albion.
The Daily Mail says West Brom's Joe Mattock and George Thorne are joining Portsmouth on loan.
Fullback Mattock and midfielder Thorne both worked closely with Appleton during his time at the Hawthorns.
