Portsmouth will struggle to hang onto Tottenham and Arsenal target Niko Kranjcar, says Blues legend Alan McLoughlin.

He told The News: "There are going to be a lot of clubs interested in Niko in the summer and it's only natural.

"I expect them to test the water with a few bids because here is a quality player who has ambitions and he's bound to attract some quality, quality clubs.

"Let's face it, his one downfall is that he's not blessed with another couple of yards of pace. Then again, if he was he would not be at Pompey."
