David James is set to haunt England goalkeeper rival Robert Green all the way back to West Ham United.

The Mirror says Green could be dumped by West Ham to add to his World Cup misery.

Green, 30, is facing an uncertain future at cash-strapped Upton Park.

Boss Avram Grant could even end up replacing him with Portsmouth goalkeeper James, who also took his place in the England goal against Algeria last Friday.
