Former Portsmouth striker Paul Walsh can't believe Glen Johnson is going to quit the club for Chelsea.

Walsh told The News: "Why are they talking about Glen Johnson leaving?

"He's only just signed a four-year contract. He sees things going the wrong way and he wants to have someone take him. If he wants to play Champions League football, why did he sign a four- year deal?

"He probably wants to have his cake and eat it.

"He was unhappy at Chelsea and he's had the chance to play football at Portsmouth.

"Now they want him back. I suppose it depends if he wants to be at Portsmouth still. It not an ideal situation to keep a player who doesn't want to be there."
