Olympique Lyon striker Sidney Govou has rejected a move to Portsmouth.
Pompey were keen to sign Govou as a readymade replacement for new Tottenham arrival Jermain Defoe.
But Govou had no interest in swapping Champions League football for a relegation battle at Fratton Park.
