Portsmouth chief Storrie: Harry unhappy drawing Man Utd

Portsmouth chief Peter Storrie admits manager Harry Redknapp was unhappy with their FA Cup pairing with Manchester United.

"Harry was out on Monday afternoon," explained Storrie. "He couldn't be near a TV when the draw was being made so he rang me so I could let him know what was happening.

"I'm not exactly sure where he was, but he was outside somewhere and I was on the phone relaying it to him.

"He definitely wasn't too happy when I had to tell him we had drawn Manchester United away. I think I ruined his day."

Pompey defender Hermann Hreidarsson said: "The draw is not what we wanted.

"We would have wanted a home draw against a lower league team. But we are still in the last eight and we are not in there to make up the numbers. Manchester United possibly have the best team they've ever had.

"We saw that when they could leave out Cristiano Ronaldo and still win in the last round. They are full of world class players.

"But we have to play them and we want to make it into the semi-finals."
