Portsmouth manager Paul Hart believes his team should have been awarded a penalty in the 0-0 draw with Newcastle on Monday.
Hart says that striker Peter Crouch was fouled in the area by Magpies defender Fabricio Coloccini but the referee awarded no penalty.
"He has moved the ball away from the defender and he's tripped him with his front leg and it is clear as day," Hart said.
"It's tough when they don't [get given] because everyone needs a little bit of luck but there is no luck in our performance tonight.
"We were well-drilled, solid and from that solid base again we created an awful lot of chances."
