Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp has slammed UEFA's squad rules.
UEFA's requirement is that a certain number of places in the squad are reserved for youth players.
As a result, Matt Ritchie and Marc Wilson are included ahead of more experienced team-mates.
And it's a policy Redknapp does not agree with.
He said: "It's crazy really, it's like a token effort. Chelsea didn't even put the young 'uns on there last year. They didn't put them on the list - they didn't bother.
"What are you putting them on there for? Kids who have never played in the league and probably don't even play in the reserves. Someone's trying to come up with some silly idea."
