Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp has revealed he's batted away a raft of offers for midfielder Papa Bouba Diop.

He said: "I had four or five clubs wanting to buy him in the summer, some decent clubs, some from the Premier League, but I didn't want to sell him. He's one I don't want to sell, no way.

"He's a great lad, he just gets on with it. He's no trouble at all. I like him, you can rely on him. I know I wouldn't have a problem selling him - but I definitely don't want to."
