"It would have been nice to have managed one of those big four clubs and had those budgets, but I'm very happy here. I'm not a person who likes change. I left here once and came back. I had ten years at Bournemouth; eight years at West Ham. If I'm somewhere, I'm happy; the money doesn't matter and I'm not on an ego trip."
