Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp admits he's interested in Lyon midfielder Alou Diarra.

Redknapp said: "Alou Diarra's a good player.

"I don't know if you would be able to get him out of Lyon, but I like him. I'm looking to get a couple of front men and a midfielder.

"Forwards are the priority, because you've got to get it right up front. But they're so hard to find.

"I'll go for a midfield player too if I can get the right one. There's nothing imminent on Diarra, though."
