Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp says Middlesbrough WILL sign Olympique Lyon striker Fred.
"Fred? Fred who? There is no way we can afford Fred at Lyon. I think he's going to Middlesbrough anyway," Redknapp told the Portsmouth News.
