Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp has dismissed reports he may retire if he wins the FA Cup on Saturday.
"Look at the international scene, Giovanni Trapattoni at nearly 70 has gone to manage the Republic of Ireland, and Fabio Capello is a year older than me. We are like fine wines, we get better with age. Good football knowledge takes years and years to build up, and you cannot beat the experience of life.
"I am very happy at Portsmouth. I have a great relationship with the fans, the chairman has been great, I've got a good coaching staff in Joe Jordan and Tony Adams, so I enjoy going to work every day. I feel comfortable in the environment I work in, which is important. I am still in love with football, and the day I fall out of love with it will be the day I pack up."
