Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp is delighted with the signing of Rennes midfielder Arnold Mvuemba.

He told Sky Sports News: "The fee was well below £1million and I think we've got good value.

"If you went after a young player in this country - an Under 21 international - you certainly wouldn't get him for that kind of figure.

"I think he's a kid with a big future."
