Portsmouth boss leaves way clear for Fulham, Rangers target Stefanovic

Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp won't block Dejan Stefanovic from leaving.

Rangers and Fulham are keen and Redknapp says: "I love Dejan. He has done a great job here but if it suits him to go I would not stand in his way."
