Portsmouth boss Hart uncertain on future

Portsmouth manager Paul Hart is unsure of what will happen next season but is only concerned with keeping the club in the Premier League.

Hart was bought in as caretaker boss after Tony Adams fate was decided in February and he was originally put in the job for one match until he made a good impression and was kept on for longer.

"I really don't know about anything beyond the end of the season," said Hart in The News.

"I came in for just one game and now that's been extended, but I don't look beyond the next game at the moment.

"The situation is difficult but my job is to keep us in The Premier League," he added.

"Perhaps we've not been exactly sparkling going forward, but in such a short space of time you can't expect everything to fall into place."
