Portsmouth boss Paul Hart has dismissed reports linking him with the job at Reading.

Hart admitted he had heard the talk but distanced himself from a surprise move to the Madejski Stadium.

He told The News: "I heard about the story yesterday.

"Brendan Rogers is very much the manager of Reading Football Club and I'm very much manager of Portsmouth Football Club.

"That's absolutely it. Finished."
