Portsmouth boss Paul Hart says he's a big fan of Stoke City counterpart Tony Pulis.
Pompey face the Potters today.
Hart said: "I think Stoke play to their strengths. They have assembled a team which plays a certain way.
"I'm not a football snob. The game can be played in many ways. Tony has done a great job and has had his team together for a few years. Most of the teams who are successful have players for two or more years.
"They play in a way that suits them and the players they've got. We are a totally different team to last year, but we need the same strength of character as when we last went there (and gained a 2-2 draw).
"We have to prepare in a way to cause Stoke problems - and I think we can."
