Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp has hailed his defensive trio as the key to their success.
After victory at Fulham yesterday, Redknapp hailed David James, Sol Campbell and Sylvain Distin after this latest success.
He said: "Sol and Distin are top-class defenders and the keeper is in a different class.
"That is the backbone of the team. They are two big, strong centre-backs, good in the air and they have a great goalkeeper behind them which gives you something to build on.
"Jamo has been in great form and Sol has been fantastic but it is up to Steve McClaren who he picks for England.
"We've had a great month but I don't get carried away by it."
