Portsmouth boss Grant linked with West Ham job

Portsmouth manager Avram Grant is being linked with the top job at West Ham United according to reports.

The Israeli has emerged as a shock candidate to replace Gianfranco Zola, whose future at the club is not clear, with co-owner David Sullivan confirming there will be a decision at the end of the season.

"We will sit down with him (Zola) at the end of the season and decide what he wants," he told Mirror Football.

"He has indicated he doesn't want to discuss his position until the end of the season."

Along with Grant, West Ham have reportedly shown interest in FC Twente boss Steve McLaren, Croatia national team boss Slaven Bilic and Ajax's Martin Jol.
