Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp is confident Martin Cranie will make a successful recovery after breaking his leg on-loan at QPR.

He said: "The injury's a blow for Martin Cranie. He's been playing well at QPR.

"I feel sorry for him but I think he'll be able to make a speedy recovery. I think the boy will be fine."
