Portsmouth chief Peter Storrie admits Tony Adams could still add to his coaching staff.
After the appointment of Johnny Metgod as first team coach, Storrie revealed: "It now gives Tony time to decide whet-her he wants to bring in an assistant manager or not.
"That will be his decision but he will not rush into anything because he does a lot of the coaching himself anyway.
"Paul Groves has been a manager himself, he's very knowledgeable and the players like him as well and we've also got a very good goalkeeping coach in David Coles."
Storrie also believes Pompey's new-look coaching staff is now in place for the long run with things settling down after Redknapp's resignation.
Storrie said: "From our perspective, it has always been a pretty smooth and easy transition. Harry did a great job for us, he's doing a good job at Tottenham and good luck to him.
"But we now have to concentrate on Portsmouth. The set-up is there and we're all concentrating on football matters."
