Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp remains keen on Bolton Wanderers striker Nicolas Anelka.

Redknapp could make a £12 million bid for the Frenchman and said: "What we need is more firepower. Sometimes believe half of what you hear and none of what you read. Some of it speculation, some is mischief making."
