Portsmouth are battling Celtic for Lens fullback Nadir Belhadj.

The defender has spoken of his desire to join Celtic, but Pompey boss Harry Redknapp is planning to make a shock move, says the Sunday Mirror.

Belhadj joined Lens last January and signed a three-and-a-half-year deal but could quit after just eight months.
