Porto midfielder Raul Meireles is interesting Atletico Madrid.
Atletico have found themselves desperately short of defensive midfield options this season after the departure of Maniche and injury suffered by Thiago Motta.
Meireles, 25, is now under consideration by Atletico ahead of the summer market.
