Porto have referred Chelsea to defender Eliaquim Mangala's buyout clause.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is keen on the France international, who has spoken enthusiastically about playing for the Special One.
But Record says Porto have no plans to sell Mangala, insisting he will only leave if an interested club meets his €50 million buyout clause.
