Porto striker Jackson Martinez is keen on a move to Arsenal. The Colombian was pleased with the praise that came his way from Gunners boss Arsene Wenger last week.

Wenger remarked: "He could play in the Premier League, Jackson Martinez, because he has the body to make the difference.

"He uses in a very intelligent way his body, very short backlift and is a very good finisher."

Martinez has also been linked with Juventus and Liverpool, but Wenger's words have swayed his thinking.
