Porto striker Jackson Martinez is keen to hear from Manchester United. The Daily Express says reports today suggest that the player is ready to renege on his initial commitment to AS Roma if Manchester United follow up on their interest.
Indeed, Martinez is thought to favour a move to the Premier League because he believes it is a better competition than Serie A.
David Moyes was in Portugal this week and it is thought that Martinez is one of the players the Scot was monitoring.
