Real Madrid are reportedly considering launching a bid for Porto's Watford loanee Miguel Layun this summer.
The Daily Mirror is reporting Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane is looking to add depth to his squad at the left-back position with Alvaro Arbeloa no longer seen as a viable back-up to incumbent Marcelo.
Mexican publication Tiempo Real suggests Layun has caught the attention of Madrid scouts with his performances in Portugal this season.
Porto are believed to be willing to pay the pre-agreed clause to make Layun's move from Vicarage Road permanent, meaning they will get the benefit of any lucrative transfer fees on offer and Watford will miss out.
