Porto have cast serious doubt on any deal with AC Milan for Aly Cissokho.

The club's president, Pinto da Costa, said: "It is unthinkable to think of accepting the loan even when the Milan physician has admitted that the problem with his teeth is solved.

"Cissokho moves only for £12 million and nothing less. If Milan does not return to the initial proposal, we will have no trouble keeping the player."
