Porto are threatening to take Chelsea to FIFA over their pursuit of Alvaro Pereira.

The Sun says president Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa insists Chelsea made a direct approach to the 25-year-old Uruguayan.

He said the Blues had approached Pereira "without Porto's authorisation. They made him an offer."
