Porto coach Vitor Pereira was at Anfield last night to see Liverpool's Carling Cup triumph over Manchester City.
Pereira was making a scouting check on City, which Porto will face in the Europa League.
City were undone by a late strike from Liverpool attacker Craig Bellamy in last night's semifinal.
