Kris Boyd has won around £2.5million in a contract dispute from Turkish club Eskisehirspor.
The Portland Timbers striker left the Turkish outfit in December last year after joining in July and has been paid out after his contract was breached when the club stopped paying him when he departed.
Boyd was axed by manager Michael Skibbe but Eskisehirspor but still had two and a half years left on his deal which the club refused to pay out.
However, former Rangers, Middlesbrough and Nottingham Forest forward Boyd has had the last laugh with FIFA's Disputes Resolution Chamber upholding his complaint.
