Portland Timbers have appointed Andrew Gregor to the club's youth academy coaching staff.
The 38-year old Syracuse native, who is a former Timbers midfielder, has joined the coaching staff of the Timbers Academy where he will assist in the operation of the Timbers U-23s.
During his playing career, Gregor spent time with Columbus Crew, Seattle Sounders, Sporting Kansas City (then the Wizards), Vancouver Whitecaps and the Rochester Rhinos.
