Scottish club Rangers have had two former strikers back at training recently.
Portland Timbers' Kris Boyd and Vancouver Whitecaps' Kenny Miller have been back in Glasgow during the MLS offseason to keep fit over winter.
There has been suggestions that both players could return to Rangers for a loan spell but manager Ally McCoist says their presence is simply to keep them training and to provide the clubs youngsters with some handy tips.
"They are giving the young players a wee education," said McCoist.
"I've always said that if you play for this club it never leaves you. There's no doubt about that."
Boyd scored seven goals in 26 appearances for the Timbers who finished second bottom in the Western Conference whilst Miller contributed just two goals in 15 outings as the Whitecaps reached the playoffs only to be eliminated by eventual champions LA Galaxy in the first week.
