Manchester City midfielder Paul Marshall is going on a month's loan to Port Vale.
The 19-year-old recently spent time with Blackpool, but only featured in two games, his debut being curtailed after just two minutes when a sending off for Blackpool's goalkeeper saw Paul sacrificed to accommodate a substitute keeper.
