Former ref Graham Poll believes Aston Villa midfielder Ashley Westwood should've been sent off during defeat to Tottenham.
Poll believes Westwood was lucky to stay on the pitch after a horror tackle on Tottenham's Lewis Holtby.
"This time Westwood is cautioned for a strong challenge on Holtby," Poll told the Daily Mail.
"Understandably Villa manager Lambert is unimpressed with the inconsistent approach and is asked to keep his comments to himself.
"To be fair Westwood could have seen red for the challenge."
