Pogrebnyak: Long-term stay up to Fulham

Stuttgart striker Pavel Pogrebnyak says his future at Fulham is up to the Londoners.

Pogrebnyak is tied to Fulham until June.

"Martin Jol was very clear when I arrived," said Russian. "My mission is to help the team with goals but he insisted I played without putting extra pressure on myself and I intend following what he said.

"It was always a dream to play in England because of football's history here and the quality of the clubs.

"That's why I chose to come here despite offers from other countries.

"Whether I stay next season or nor depends on Fulham but I am happy here and if things don't change I want to stay.

"I never fix a concrete figure on how many goals I might score - but if I get 10 I will be very happy."
