Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba insists they left everything on the field after their Champions League defeat to Juventus.

Bayern were comfortable 4-0 aggregate winners.

"There was nothing we could do against them. They are a great team, they're stronger than us and we saw that over these two games," the French midfielder told uefa.com.

"I'm happy with our efforts but we played against a better team, with more experience. We hope to be ready for next time.

"We would have liked to score early but they didn't let us, they played a great game, so there was nothing we could do, especially after they managed to score."
