Arsenal attacker Lukas Podolski has paid tribute to fans after joining Inter Milan.

Podolski has become frustrated over time as he has slipped down the pecking order at Arsenal and played less than 100 minutes of Premier League football in the first half of this season.

The 29-year-old flew to Italy's second city on Friday evening to agree terms and he is expected to complete a move to Serie A in the coming days.

Despite expressing his discontent in recent weeks, Podolski took to social media on Saturday to tell Arsenal fans he had 'loved every minute' at the club.
