Lukas Podolski is thrilled to be joined at Arsenal by Germany teammate Mesut Ozil.
He promises they will "rock Arsenal" together and says the £42.5million man can provide a killer punch previously lacking.
"I am thrilled that Mesut has joined us," Podolski told BILD. "I have known him a long time. We get along well, not only on the pitch but off it. He is a good friend and a brilliant footballer. Mesut will help us in any situation. Our system and game at Arsenal will fit very well to him. He will have fun and joy with us.
"Definitely Mesut and I will rock Arsenal. It is our great goal to have success in London. We already play awesome football. The only think that has been missing was the last punch, that surprise moment. That's exactly what Mesut can give us, with a super pass or a solo move."
