Podolski: I'm now mature enough to make Arsenal move work

Lukas Podolski is confident he has the maturity to succeed at Arsenal.

It will be the second time Podolski has left FC Cologne for a big club move. The last time was in 2006 when he left for Bayern Munich, only to flop.

"This time I'm more mature," smiled Podolski. "I know I can handle this."

He continued: "I hope they won't say that, with Podolski gone, everything will fall apart here. I hope they go forward with the new board and reach the goals they've set themselves in the next few years."
