Lukas Podolski was delighted for Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud after his goal in victory at West Ham United.

Giroud produced a neat close-range finish when turning in Podolski's cross.

"Everybody wants goals from strikers and it was not easy for Olivier," Podolski told Arsenal Player.

"You must wait for your chance, keep fighting and the goals will come."
