In his latest podcast, Arsenal legend Ian Wright takes a look at derby weekend and all the manager speculation.

Wright discusses Tim Sherwood's sacking by Aston Villa and says he was hearing the manager was banging heads against senior players.

Wrighty also says Jose Mourinho "has the hump" and is shocked seeing the state of Chelsea. He is convinced there's a problem inside the locker room.

And of course, Ian is delighted with his Arsenal. He insists he could see a title challenge in the team when he did preseason with the squad.

Ian also brands the Manchester derby an "embarrassment" for the Premier League.
