Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino would love to win the Capital One Cup.
Former Espanyol boss Pochettino made Southampton into a force last season and also has his Tottenham side competing in the FA Cup and the Europa League.
The north Londoners appear to have their best chance of reaching a final, however, in Wednesday night's Capital One Cup semi-final first against League OneSheffield United.
Pochettino's men, also pushing for the top four, have lost just once in their last ten games in all competitions, and the Spurs boss said: "It is time to try and win some trophies in my career as a manager and in a place where it is possible.
"We have full respect for every competition. The Capital One, the FA Cup, the Europa League and the Premier League. But the next game is always the most important one.
"We have a strong squad. We need to be fresh, because we will need energy and we will need to be strong."
