Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is chasing Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku this summer.
The Sunday Mirror says chairman Daniel Levy has met with Director of Football Franco Baldini and new manager Pochettino to draw up a list of targets and the players that may be up for sale.
Among those on the Pochettino hit list are Romelu Lukaku - the Chelsea and Belgium striker - who will find his chances at Stamford Bridge limited following the arrival of Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid.
He spent last season on loan at Everton.
